Stephanie and Fred are two of the most fun-loving and beautiful people. They simply radiate warmth when you meet them; which is why I am so happy to share with you the reception of this lovely couple.
I wrote about Stephanie and Fred’s ceremony a few weeks back. It was romantic elopement at the Fonthill Castle. But the couple did not forget to celebrate their union, and celebrate they did on the grounds of Bolingbrok Mansion in Radnor, PA.
The Mansion
Bolingbroke Mansion is a stunning location for a small wedding just like Stephanie and Fred’s.
Fifteen miles from where America declared its independence, Bolingbroke Mansion predates that event by half a century and the stunning, pre-war details can be found all over the grounds of the mansion. There are secluded gardens to steel a kiss, lush lawns for games, and a beautiful patio for dinner.
The Party
The outdoor reception was a sunset dinner under the stars catered by Catering by Design. Not only was the food impeccable, but the dancing went on for hours with top 20 hits, and old school songs spun by DJ Dynamight.
One of the most memorable moments of my wedding photography career was when friends and family of Stephanie and Fred got up, one by one, and toasted the newly married couple. Unplanned, but beautiful, each person had wonderfully kind words to wish the couple and amazing stories to share.
Another highlight of the night was the 50th fight of Floyd Mayweather. After the party had ended, I met up with the Stephanie, Fred, some of their friends and DJ Dynamight to watch the match and have a few drinks.
